Lighting and Audio Maintenance Program (LAMP)

Lamps

Fixtures/Speakers

Fixtures/Speakers

Replacing lamps (bulbs) is usually the reason for a maintenance call.  We'll replace the halogen or LED lamps as needed with the appropriate lamp for the task.  If it's an LED under warranty, it's FREE!

Fixtures/Speakers

Fixtures/Speakers

Fixtures/Speakers

Fixtures periodically need to be checked, cleaned and aimed, to be sure they are performing properly.  Hard water deposits and bugs inside fixtures will shorten their life and impact output.

Plants

Fixtures/Speakers

Plants

The only thing that is constant in a landscape, is change.  Plants will grow and cover fixtures rendering them useless, if given the chance.  We don't want to give them that chance.

Trees

Transformers/Amplifiers

Plants

Trees get hungry.  They'll eat wires and fixtures.  A simple visual check and minor adjustments can mean the difference between happy trees and lights that work, or...not.

Wires/Splices

Transformers/Amplifiers

Transformers/Amplifiers

Wires can become exposed.  Exposed wires get damaged.  Let US repair and bury the exposed wire and splices.  Bad wire repairs  lead to deteriorating performance, dead fixtures or fire.

Transformers/Amplifiers

Transformers/Amplifiers

Rat's nest, transformer, maintenance

Don't let it come to this.  We clean it up, check it's secure, tighten wire connections and tune the controls (timer, photocell, switches, home automation).  We also replace backup batteries where applicable.
